Pietrasanta

An important historical and artistic capital of Versilia, Pietrasanta preserves its rich tradition through examples of religious, military and civil architecture. The point of pride of the city is the suggestive Piazza del Duomo, dominated by the Rocca di Sala (14th century), which emerges majestically from the hill of the same name with its bastion and crenellated walls, surrounded by a dense grove of olive trees.
